Owners Tony Staton and Joye Staton had been married for five years when Mr. Staton opened the car servicing station that, in 2004, only offered oil changes and now offers full service including brakes and tires.
"I would work at my job, and come back and help him at the shop when he first opened it," Mrs. Staton said.
The Statons say they owe their successful business to their loyal customers.
"We wouldn't have stayed open if we didn't have these customers," Mr. Staton said. "The most rewarding thing is the support that the folks of Laurens give us."
The Statons have three children, all of whom went to Laurens District 55 High and worked at the shop throughout their lives.
"We're hoping they'll continue the family business," Mr.Staton said.
