LCSO to hold church security meeting

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office will meet with clergy from churches throughout Laurens County to discuss security in the wake of the recent church shooting in Texas.

Chief Deputy Jarvis Reeder said that many Laurens County citizens have requested assistance with designing security plans for their churches.

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office will hold a meeting with local clergy at the Laurens County Courthouse, located at Hillcrest Square, on Tuesday, November 14 at 6pm.

This meeting is open to all clergy members in the community.
