Clinton woman arrested on attempted murder charge

A Clinton woman was charged with attempted murder after allegedly striking a man on the head with a hammer multiple times on Saturday night.

The Clinton Dept. of Public Safety arrested Tabetha Moody, 50, of 100 Clinton Manor Drive in Clinton and charged her with attempted murder. Moody was booked at the Johnson Detention Center.

Warrants indicate that on Saturday at Clinton Manor, Moody attempted to kill the victim by striking him on the head with a hammer.
