Do you love math? If you’re like most people, the answer is probably…no.

The Laurens Library wants to show just how fun some parts of math can be. The Youth Services team will host a program for teens on March 15, the day following Pi Day, from 3:30-4:30pm.

This event will feature math-based activities centered around the famous 3.14. There will also be special treats available that will certainly round out the day’s event.

All programs are free and open to students ages 12-18. Parents and caregivers are invited to attend all programs, but adults must be accompanied by a teen.

Patrons can also call the Laurens Public Library at 864-681-7323 or visit for more information on upcoming programming.
