The Raider defense came up with their first shutout of the season, and the offense responded by scoring on their first six possessions.

The defense forced three turnovers and blocked a punt to stifle the General's offense.  Jeffrey Weekly and Kavion Pulley each recovered fumbles while Malikai Walker picked off a pass. Bravian Williams blocked a punt that lead to a Raider score.

The offense scored on its only possession of the first quarter when quarterback Cole Mundy converted a fourth and one by hitting a streaking Keshard Davis for a 41-yard scoring strike. Mundy connected with Austin McNuer for the two point conversion and an 8-0 lead.

From there Shemare Dendy took over the game. The running back scored three consecutive touchdowns on runs of 33, 2 and 6 yards. The Raiders also converted twice on the two point conversions with runs from Dendy and Mundy.

The Raiders continued the onslaught into the second half as Rashund Kennedy scored from 21 yards out and added the two-point conversion. Jeremiah Fuller added a 17-yard run to close out the scoring.

The Raiders (2-3) will host Westside next Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
